The lines are always too long and it's not worth the wait and cost, which is rather like everything in Chicago.

How can you know it's not worth it unless you try?

Because they rely on reputation and eclectic atmosphere to sell their food. No one will ever know if their food is actually any good because they've waited so long to get in due to the crowds that by the time they get in, cognitive dissonance sets in and the food, atmosphere and drink tastes and feels so much better than it actually is.

Can't wait until I get out of this horrible city.

That's not really a good example of cognitive dissonance. And I would wager that the majority of people are harder to impress the longer they have to wait for a meal.

Don't you think your attitude is (dis)coloring pretty much every experience you (don't) have?

You should visit Pink Monkey. I heard it's the best strip club in the city. Vegas prices, Vegas level girls. Now that you've hit a few homers in the minor leagues, time to see if you can handle major league pitching, sir!

As a diabetic food comas are just a rant for me--and also a real thing. Fortunately I haven't had one yet.

Michael, please post pictures of all your favorite Chicago foodie spots so I can drool and get mad at Cronos for his nonsensical dislike of one of the coolest cities in the world.

After viewing that depressing burger on the Pujols 5 website it makes me wonder if I should give a damn what you St. Louis folks think.

For the record Planet is trolling me on Facebook as well.
Where I live Five brothers is considered an Elitist Burger.

I wish you lived close so I could leave you a few furry presents on your front porch.

My wife and daughter (and by association, me ) were involved in dog rescue for some time, so I have an appreciation for what you do.

I really want to try Five brothers but I haven't had the opportunity.

Right now the mods are teasing me over the food I eat. I guess it doesn't matter that I consume taco bell at least once a week and I enjoy 7-11 sandwiches with a big gulp and generic chips. I'm ready to ban 'em all.

Well, you're trolling me over my cats and now Fat Bulldog is trolling me about my Facebook post asking which store is better for making crafts, Michael's, Hobby Lobby or Garden Ridge.
I won't tell anybody here...

Side note: CVS is having a sale on metamucil and centrum.
