Sorry to hear that, TS. My Father has had cancer twice in his life before, once last year right in the middle of the holidays. We had to exchange gifts in the hospital. He's cancer free today.

Keep up hope! Thoughts and prayers sent your way.

I wish you and your wife the very best. I'm sure she's going to receive excellent care, but I'm glad you'll be a support to her the whole way.

Ladies, get those mammograms. Men, encourage your wives, g/f and s/o to have this done.
When I first started dating my now wife, I noticed she had one of those cards on how to do a self-check hanging on her shower and made a sophomoric joke about it...I guess the odds go way up when caught early, so now I'm a little more educated about it, and glad she does it.

Thoughts and prayers are with you TS.

Sorry to hear that, TS. I'm sure she'll do great. Catching it early is good news; I've had a few family members with breast cancer, who caught it early and did really well.

Good luck.

Very sorry to hear that tscards. I wish her and you the best.

My girl friend's mom had breast cancer and had it taken care of. She still does regular check ups, but so far so good. All the women in her family over the past couple generations have had breast cancer, so we're pretty much expecting my girl friend to get it as well, but at least she'll be able to catch it ASAP when it does happen.
