Our 15-y.o. cat passed away last fall, and we were all very sad.

Yesterday we got two 2-month old kittens from the humane society. They're brothers and super cute. We're all very happy.

This made me think of Ventura charging Nolan Ryan

Though it probably fits better with Farnsworth and whoever it was he tackled.

Always get two cats. More fun and not an additional burden.

My soon to be 18 year old cat was looking really bad last week, we thought for sure he was not going to make it much longer. His eyes were crusty and he could barely meow at all. He was very week and just looked frail.

I came down with this massive upper respiratory infection this week - my left eye was crusted over on Wednesday, and just about lost my voice and was massively fatigued. I am doing better today, and so is the cat. I think he had the respiratory infection too, because he is back to his old perky self, no watery eyes, and he is yelling at me like he always did. He would only eat soft food earlier in the week, which now he is practically begging for.

We lost Ozzie last night. Have had a cat in the house for 18 years or so...kind of wierd without one. I'm sure we'll have another soon.

Sorry to hear that, Leroy.
