I bit my cheek evidently, don't remember when exactly, but definitely a few days ago. Now, I have a cut and lose skin back by my right molars that I am now constantly aware of and am unable to stop rebiting.

Stick to the liquid diet for few days. No citrus. Preferable high proof alcohol to sterilize the wound.
