Was it a given that it was Cleveland or Miami? I read an article operating on that presumption and didn't understand why.
Also, that letter from Gilbert has grown more stupid with every development since it was written.

In his letter SI published, he said it was Cleveland or Miami. For what that's worth.

It's been non-stop King talk on ESPN since this morning. What World Cup finals?

I agree 1000% with those who say if you don't like it, don't watch ESPN. I never understood people (at Cards Talk especially) who complain frequently about ESPN's coverage of NYY, BOS and their rivalry and yet they'd watch (and complain) each game! Granted, ESPN often drives stories, but they choose their topics based on clicks and TV ratings. Don't feed the beast.
As an aside, I saw a link on STLToday which said this (last night's game) is Matheny's favorite game this year. I clicked in the video, expecting to see post-game comments only to get a bad link to a discussion of LeBron going to CLE. Lol

I had ESPN on to get the latest World Cup news. I dunno, somehow I thought they'd get around to it eventually since they broadcast it.
