Our forecast this weekend is hilarious. Saturday: High of 80, low of 26.

We were out at the Austin Christmas display, Trail of Lights, last night and about 90% of that drop happened in about a hour. When we arrived, it was really too warm for a jacket, but by about halfway through, I was seriously regretting not bringing a hat and gloves.

26 here. It's actually cold enough to wear my Cardinals jacket.

Huntsville Alabama had a tornado watch and winter storm warning at the same time.

Icepocolypse now!

Seriously, it's supposed to start tonight then be off an on through Monday. If it really happens this is a nightmare scenario. We are stocking up tonight on food and such because out here in the hinterlands a big ice storm could mean no power for a couple weeks.

Please don't let a tree fall on my house. Trying to put it to market. Also, no [expletive] earthquakes for a few months. Please Sweet Lord.

So is this for real? I'm supposed to drive to Cincy tomorrow afternoon, but sounds like that might be right in the thick of the ice storm.
