KC had 4.9 inches which would be second lowest since 1900.

First time I've been jealous of anyone with 4.9 inches in my life (I miss the snow).

I know - 68 and Partly cloudy skies on Jan 11 sucks ass.

I thought you guys just had a desert snow?

It is sunny and 61 degrees right now...

That's in the mountains around town. It doesn't come down to Phx.

Our weather in the Twin Cities has finally turned to winter. Highs next week are still below zero with lows of -23 on multiple days. Now if only the damn snow would start coming down with it.

Sounds like same weather you had on the Front Range.

The polar vortex and wind chills for next week look miserable.

Fought a 2 alarm fire in that polar vortex a few years back, -18F and windy. If you think the fire makes it warm; well, we put the fire out with water, get wet, get frozen; our hoses, trucks, and equipment freeze. You know how i keep my mind right? Look around at all the miserable mother [expletive] and try to figure out who is the most miserable. Sorta cheers me up.
