Each seat was wet and empty, nary a tush.
The buntings were hung by the sections with care
In hopes that St. Louisans soon would be there.

A virtual trivia night? How does that even work? Do you have to, like, trust people not to cheat? I’m way too cynical for that.MrCrowesGarden wrote: ↑November 5 21, 6:44 amSo... I'm playing in a virtual trivia night tonight, and I'm on Hochman's team.
This one was on the honor system. I feel confident my team didn’t cheat. I’m hoping others didn’t. One of my teammates said he played in a virtual trivia night where the MC just kept everyone’s screens up the entire time to monitor for cheating.Smith Corks One wrote: ↑November 8 21, 8:09 amA virtual trivia night? I used to play regularly (i.e. at least once a week) with a highly competitive team. Cell phones certainly weren’t an issue when we started in the early 90’s, but gradually became more and more problematic. One night, I noticed a strange looking electronic contraption in the middle of the table. I asked what it was, and one of them told me it was a cellular signal blocker. They said to keep it on the DL because it wasn’t exactly legal. These guys didn’t [expletive] around.
