AAA is going to be pretty boring, actually.
I've always found AAA, generally speaking, to be the least interesting of the minor leagues. The guys you can really project and dream on are in the lower levels, and when I'm going to a minor league game it's for those types of guys, not the taxi squad filler in AAA. Plus many of the best prospects play little to none at AAA. CC - 1 AAA start. King Felix - 14 AAA starts. Lincecum - 5 AAA starts. A-Rod, Pujols, HanRam, Teixeira, Holliday
combined have under 425 career AAA PA (370 of those PA are A-Rod's), and HanRam and Tex never saw a AAA clubhouse. I don't mind hitting a couple AAA games/year, to see who's developed since last year or to catch someone like Carpetner who's on the rise, or Lynn if he's added a pitch and doing something different. But for the most part, I'll take QC, PB, and Springfield.
