While surfing coveritlive for a game to read about, I found a blog for a college hockey game in nottingham, england, and asked, "why do most bizarre phenomena reported in tabloids occur in nottingham?" The moderator said, "that is best reserved for another day."

So Married With Children is on every morning on TBS and the thought just hit me today... how awesome would it have been to be in charge of casting the extras for that show? Your job would consist of finding a couple of hot chicks for every episode and they didn't even have to have any actual acting talent.

Will organisms ever evolve to the point where they don't die of natural causes?

edit: actually, how often do non-humans ever die from something other than a predator, disaster, or disease? Is cancer a big killer in the animal kingdom?

Last night I had a dream that I was on the Cardinals and tested positivie for a banned substance. The banned substance was cocaine and/or marijuana that I had done a week or so before making the team and had to serve a 50 game suspension. I found out about it via my twitter feed. Then, I get an influx of nasty tweets directed at me about how I've disgraced the game and the Cardinals organization including from all the players on twitter.

Then the Cardinals tweeted me saying I could re-take the drug test and if I needed time in order to pass to just tweet 'soapsoap' and they would push the test back a couple weeks and appeal and all would be good. But, I didn't want to tweet soap soap because then everyone would know what was going on but I didn't know who else to get in touch with and I couldn't figure out how to send a private message on twitter.

Then, David Freese took care of it and got me a re-test but I was so convinced that I was going to retire and quit the team to avoid disgracing anyone any further that I had gone out and done cocaine again. I woke up shortly after, but some sort of [expletive] chemical had been released in my body in real life and I couldn't go back to sleep I felt so disgusted and bad. So...I've been up since like 4 am. sucks.

I was once told that a perfectly preserved human would eventually die from cancer and that the longest you could expect a person to be kept alive is close to 200 years. But that would be like a test tube baby kept in a bigger tube for 200 years.
