Apparently, because now he's been charged with second degree murder and is in police custody.

The prosecuter's comments were completly out of line. Her job was to find the truth and make sure justice was uphelp. Not, find peace for Trayvon's family.

Charged. Thank goodness. Now the legal system can decide this, which is what should have happened in the first place.
