Home repair advice

Post by Arthur Dent »

As a result of some flooding episodes (most recently caused by my crazy former neighbor), I have a bit of water damage around the base of my kitchen cabinets. In particular the veneer on the side is discolored, warped, and cracked. Does anyone know if there is a way to repair this?

When you replace the kick plate in the front you could wrap it around the end of the cabinets like base molding.

Shouldn't your landlord handle this? Or did you buy the place now that crazy neighbor is gone?

This.

Trying to replace the veneer is probably more trouble than it's worth.

Tear it out and replace it with mahogany.

Hey TFG or other STL peeps, any roofing companies you'd recommend?

For a hole in your roof or a whole new roof, call Frederic Roofing.

Dah.

That's my new response instead of "meh", cause Pitbull makes it cool.
