I know the Monday thing, but what about dark cloudy days? I mean I .... feel ... like ... [expletive]. Lethargic beyond belief, small headache (I rarely get headaches, only on days like this), body aches. And it happens every single time the weather is like this. It has to be one of those really grey and damp/rain all day deals to feel like this, but it never fails. I know it's not mental, there is something physical going on about this. Is it low barometric pressure? Lack of sunlight when my body expects it?

Probably a little bit of everything combined with mental.

My spine is killing me today, but that's mostly because I think I tried to set a world record for most alcohol comsumption Saturday night and I'm still hung over.

I would say to ask Karen Carpenter, but she knows more about Rainy Days and Mondays....

The dreaded two day hangover.

I like rain. It actually made my Monday a bit better.

I'm in physical pain because of the weather. I'm listening to latin jazz cranked up to try to get the blood moving but it isn't working.

It can be partially mental too, lack of sunlight is a big part of Seasonal Affective Disorder. Probably a combination of all those things.

I get the seasonal thing .. that happens in the winter. But this feels different .. headache, body aches, lethargic. I feel physically ill on days like that.

You are a plant, lack of sunlight slows down your photosythesis.
