I sat in those seats, but on the third base side, in 2007. Michael Barrett pissed all over an Anthony Reyes fastball about 400' down the line early and Jason Marquis pitched a gem. Least enjoyable game ever, but it was awesome being that close to the action at Wrigley. I remember feeling as if we were lower than field level, like watching a play from the orchestra pit.

I recommend everyone sit in seats like that at a MLB once in their life. Sort of like sitting courtside at an NBA game (which I haven't done yet).

I hate to [expletive] but I will, but for $370 face value I would have expected padded seats and a person taking our order. Instead it was those [expletive] green hardback seats and 15 vendors an inning screaming in your ear and blocking your view. More than once there were two beer vendors at the same [expletive] time there selling the same [expletive] beer.

WGN is providing my uncle and I with seats like that in Chicago next Saturday for the Cards/Cubs game.

Awesome seats jim. I think I would get a headache trying to watch the game through that screen. Although, it's probably not that close up in person; just in your photos.

Screen is a plus, allows you to relax a little. Honestly didn't notice it. Besides I've spent so much time watching baseball through a screen/net/cage that it seems normal.

Got this on my f/b page:
I might be able to get some tickets for Cubs/Cardinals for their series end of July. No guarantee, but if they I can do you prefer home plate area or the duggout area. Won't no until last minute.
Hmmmm .... right behind home plate or right next to the dugout. Decisions decisions. I pick home plate. Man am I keeping my fingers crossed.
