[expletive] Home Wirelsss Network Connection Problems

Both Mrs. Jack can no longer connect using our [expletive] Windows laptops.

I have a Linksys Wireless G router that is probably about 3 years old.

My PC linksys properties seem to default to Network Authentication = Open, and Data encryption = WEP. I have a network key. When I type it into the settings, it does not stay there after the failed login. It reverts to some other key.

Any thoughts?

Now I am connected, but my list of wireless networks says "not connected."

Windows just blows.
