Goold says the team considered bringing up Bader earlier-- I'm guessing when it was Huffman-- but they didn't because they didn't think he'd get extended playing time and would likely just be a bench bat for a week or two.

I'm guessing Dex's or most likely Piscotty's injury is significant.
