weaver is just as good as any top rated pitchers. imo, literally all pitching prospects are on the same tier given the state of offense in the majors.
i think it might actually juot be an oversight on their part though.

And it's not an oversight. Weaver lost his rookie eligibility in his last start. The cutoff is 50 innings. Reyes is at 46 for his career, Weaver is now at 52.
