Re: What do you hear?
I hear a vertical rise of 35 floors, and some little [expletive] pushing the button for every floor, and oh come on! who farted?:
It does sort of bother me that every single website I visit has to have a take or some coverage about these kind of things. #stateofthemedia

Re: What do you hear?
The Times has a slider. You can isolate frequencies or blend them to different degrees.
I hear Yanny every time. I moved their slider to the far left to listen to the isolated Laurel, trying to train myself to hear Laurel, then moved the slider back toward (but not all the way to) the middle for several more listens and I still heard Laurel, but as soon as I put it back in the middle it's Yanny every time for me.

Vocabulary.com, where the debate originated, has now gotten in on the action, creating a definition for all the people on team Yanny: A yanny is a word or phrase that is capable of distracting the entire internet for at least 24 hours. When you "drop a yanny," you start a contentious debate on some type of public forum.

I hope you get moved into that new place soon because obviously your house is haunted.MrCrowesGarden wrote:I think I hear both at the same time. I hear a nasally voice say "Yanny" and a croaking voice say "Laurel."
