Dan is from my maternal hometown. I didn’t know until he was done otherwise i might have been a bigger fan.

Matt Bowman will always be Mr. Rule Five for me. I’m shocked with MM in KC that the Royals didn’t grab him.

Relief pitching is really the only spot where its usually wise to take someone in Rule 5. To have to guarantee a regular season spot all season to someone that's probably not made it higher then AA and his original team didn't bother to protect doesn't make a lot of sense.
