I’d like to see him launch one into Ballpark Village. Or two. As long as we win the game.

I have friends here in So Cal that are Angels fans that wish he wasn't with them anymore. The Angels station talk show guy was saying at the end of the last season that Pujols was going to train this off-season so he could start 130 games at 1B. I laughed so hard at that. He would be lucky to play 80 in the field.

Ohtani is not going to pitch this year, and is only going to hit. I imagine he will get most of the DH playing time. His arm needs surgery so I'd struggle to see them try him in the OF. Platooning at 1B may be the only real option for Albert.

Me too. When do single game tickets typically go on sale?

Is it just me or does this phrase, this exact phrasing of words, seem to be used almost exclusively for dead people?

I miss his bus.
I miss Jon Jay.
I miss Pete Kozma.
I miss him.
I miss her.
I miss Alf reruns.

All these phrases seem incredibly normal, but for some reason adding 'so much' at the end really changes the meaning in my mind.

I miss Grandma so much If someone said that, would you not assume Grandma bit the dust at some point prior to the present?

Anyway, carry on.
