Wieters looking a little shaky blocking balls.

Anyone know Wieters' running times chasing balls to the backstop?

prediction surely to go right: Gant gets crushed

Me: [Reads above quote] Well that is a [expletive] attitude to take.
Me: [Looks at the Yankmee's lineup on his phone when the game starts] Oh... this isn't going to end well no matter who the Cards throw out there.

DeJong doubled and homered and has 3 RBI. 9-3 Birdos. 4 relievers I haven't heard of have thrown 4 scoreless innings.

I like seeing Wong's line today with a double, single, scoring once and driving in two following up the lead off homer yesterday. O'Neill had himself a nice day of course with a double and a homer. Can't complain about DeJong either.

Sure looked solid against a team that could've easily shortened their deficit had he just came in to "mop up".
