HBO has canceled the comedy series “Crashing” after three seasons, Variety has confirmed.
The Season 3 finale set to air this Sunday will now serve as the series finale. Series executive producer and director Judd Apatow made the announcement during a recent appearance on “Conan,” which can be seen below.
“Well, it’s not really canceled,” Apatow told host Conan O’Brien. “We’re just going to stop making it.”
“What stopped you from making more?” O’Brien asked.
“They told us we should never make any more,” Apatow replied. He went on to say that they may do a “Crashing” movie at some point in the future.
pretty good even though not a favorite genre. Keri Russell is great. Plausibility? , well spy/agent type stuff never is([expletive] Jack Ryan superhero) , but at least I can follow it mostly, while it is entertaining.
the fbi agent next door character is supposed to be from Stl.
hardly feel that though. and John Boy Walton as a honcho in FBI...the guy is an ageless wonder.
I've always wanted to watch The Americans and have the show set to record on YouTubeTV but so far it has only captured seasons 5 and 6. I guess nobody is replaying the start of the series and it isn't available on Hulu or Netflix. Until it is available to watch from the start on one of those three, I just won't be able to watch it. I'll keep it flagged on YouTube TV though.
I binge watched The Umbrella Academy on Netflix yesterday. It was a pretty decent series. It definitely kept me watching through the very end. Has anybody else seen it?
I had never heard of the comic book before but I liked how the series was done. It was more about the family and their conflicts as a threat to humanity is looming than your normal set of superheroes just battling bad guys with their awesome powers.
I really like the twist the last few episodes takes where things just get completely flipped with regards to who is the most powerful and who is the real threat.
