Can't get PMs to send - help?

Post by jackieblue »

New to forum - trying to send PMs to friend but the 3 messages continue to show up in Outbox. Each has a time stamp when it was sent, even if it's in the Outbox. Any suggestions? Thanks.

That would be nice, but I'm not sure he will know he has messages. They show up in my Outbox, not under Sent messages. I can't tell if they actually went anywhere, and since they show up in Outbox, I doubt it.

PM's stay in your outbox until they're looked at by the recipient. Once they've been opened/read, the PM's will show in your sent messages.

Kinda screwy, I know. Technically, they've been sent already.

That is screwy. When something stays in an Outbox, it gives the impression it wasn't sent (even if it says it has been). But now I'll know, and I thank you.

think of outbox as recipients inbox. or pm purgatory.
