I had this Ron Hunt card.

And here's a couple of pretty good leader cards.

There was a time when that was one of the most valuable cards of the 60s. All Rose cards took quite a hit.

1966 Tony Perez is another favorite of mine.

And the Perez rookie card, which I don't have, is kind of cool because it looks exactly like the leaders cards from that year.

I only once put a baseball card in the spokes of my bike and this was the card.

Ouch. I can't tell you how many cards I ruined doing that. Or flipping them.

Pop, don't forget the Unibrow.

[expletive] yes! A perennial favorite for our All Ugly contests. Ron Woods, anyone?

Mossi also makes a surprise appearance on the 1962 Topps AL ERA Leaders card. I assume someone at Topps mistakingly thought this card was intended for the 1961 AL EAR Leaders. Quite possibly the worst lineup you'll ever see on a leader card.

Speaking of team cards...in the 70's I used to look forwqard to them. However the Chicago Cubs used to be the only team card with individual faces ....Why?
