Re: One slight suggestion
I wouldn't mind a sub-thread where GDTs would go to die. Then when you're wanting to track down a specific GDT it'd be in a nice neat sub-folder.
Only downside to that is then you'd have to deal with a subfolder being at the top of the forum. I wonder if phpbb offers a way to put sub-forums at the bottom.

Make it a sub-folder of Archives?TheoSqua wrote:I wouldn't mind a sub-thread where GDTs would go to die. Then when you're wanting to track down a specific GDT it'd be in a nice neat sub-folder.

Anyways, those threads don't push down any active discussion, so I'm not sure what the point would be in locking/stickying them.

Are you just trying to change things just to change them?cardslesson101 wrote:Richie Allen wrote:He used to lock then immediately after the game was over, prompting the post game threads. What's the problem with the GDTs?cardslesson101 wrote:Michael, another suggestion. Why not lock a GDT a few days after the game? The 100 page, 20 inning GDT should be in the archives.
I don't have a problem with GDTs, I just don't get what the point is of having them opened a week after the game.
