In a Diamond Mind league, with rules (arbitration, free agency, etc.) the same as MLB.


Who wins:

Team A gets: David Wright ($11.7 mil per year salary through 2012, before hitting free agency).


Team B gets: David Freese (will be a first-year player in 2011).

Team B gets: Austin Jackson (will be a first-year player in 2011).

If David Wright is performing like he is now, Team A.

Though it's really not even that simple. How much payroll does Team A/B have? How many prospects do both teams have? Does Team A have a chance to be competitive before Wright hits FA?
