My list including Yadi and managers (no coaches) is 13. I did not look to see that all games were covered during transition years:
[SHOW]
2004-2022: Yadi
1996-2003: LaRussa (mgr)
1982-1995: Ozzie
1981: Jim Kaat / Bruce Sutter / Herzog. This is a problem year.
1972-1980: Simba
1961-1971: Gibson
1946-1960: Musial
1942-1945: Southworth (mgr)
1938-1941: Mize
1927-1937: Haines
1918-1926: Hornsby
1913-1917: Huggins (mgr)
1909-1912: Bresnahan
If just players:
You need Dennis Eckersley (96-97), Mark McGwire (if he's ever elected), and Albert (2001-2003) to get you to Yadi.
I'll leave it to others to find players for 1945 and 1913-1917. If McGwire isn't ever allowed in, we have problems with 98-2000.

But Southworth gets you through that same time period for more years without having to go back to Musial.

That's hilarious. Once you get the first one, the rest is just filling out the typical cadence.

Enjoyed that. Is it a daily thing like Wordle?

I’ve seen the cartoon several times but can never get it right. The bottle always stumps me. 🤔

It does reset daily like Wordle.

This one was tough for me, but I did get it.
