The obvious one is Aaron Miles of course.
I think Albert is one of the others right?

Knew about Albert (who's had 10 such seasons). Had to browse Twitter comments for the other two.

Albert has done it 10 times - 9 w Cards and one w LAA. 8 straight years from ‘02-‘09.

2002 34 69
2003 43 65
2004 46 52
2005 41 65
2006 49 50
2007 32 58
2008 37 54
2009 47 64
2011 37 58
2015 40 72

It’s truly amazing. He has never struck out 100+ times per year, reaching his peak of 93 in his 2001 rookie season and again with the Angels in ‘17.

Albert was such a special player. Damn I loved watching him play in his prime.

Truth. Look at ‘06. He damn near had more homers than Ks.
