I'll still always like Pham, even though he was wrong about using the IR and slapping people over fantasy football is dumb.

This interview with Tommy Pham appeared in the Cincinnati Enquirer recently. It was reprinted in the Louisville Courier-Journal. Hopefully it opens: I'm sure there's a monthly limit on articles: https://www.cincinnati.com/story/sports ... 818108001/

Rockies recalled INF Elehuris Montero from Triple-A Albuquerque.
Montero is expected to get a regular opportunity for the Rockies over the final two months of the regular season. The 23-year-old rookie infielder has six hits in 34 at-bats in 11 games this season at the big-league level. He's torn the cover off the ball at Triple-A, hitting .310/.392/.541 with 15 homers and four steals in 65 games.

Athletics released OF Stephen Piscotty.
Piscotty has been released to create a spot on the Athletics' 40-man roster for top prospect Shea Langeliers to be called up to the majors. The 31-year-old outfielder has been limited to 42 games this Eason due to injuries and has hit just .245/.305/.423 with 55 homers in 1,496 plate appearances over 403 games for the Athletics since 2018.
