Not sure why you would have more bathrrooms then bedrooms. Theoretically there is more bathrooms then people who could potentially live in the house.

Gotta have one by the living/dining area so that people have access when they come to dinner.
Gotta have one by that hot tub outside so you can pop in and pee if you have too many hot tub beers then get back to the hot tub without walking naked and dripping wet all over the house.
Then you have one attached to each bedroom.

One of the headlines said "the home of two former Cardinals." Guess Gyorko lived there as well. Not sure if they were roomies or if he moved in after the trade.

Party pad? Sounds like BrO'Neill and Bader need to move in together...
