sadly this is not true.

https://www.inquirer.com/phillies/phill ... 20324.html

"There is no documented evidence the team even had a mascot in its earliest days, let alone a duo that included a rat named Chauncey."

here is the original with a weird kid on the side.

the image came from Halloween photos from the 19th century.

Spring training, so grain of salt and all that, but coming off his disastrous 2021 Cody Bellinger is 3-19 with 14k’s.

Kiké wrecked his shoulder during that NLCS homer celebration.

That did him in.

This is the final year of Bellinger being under team control by the Dodgers. Pretty rare that a player will be ROY and MVP in separate seasons during his team controlled part of his career and when he becomes a free agent will get very few good offers.

Him and Yelich have serious injury issues.

Both are getting Grady Sizemore'd.

Yelich has an 8 year contract that doesn't even start until next year, he'll be okay(financially speaking).

Omg I haven't thought of Grady Sizemore in years. One of the most basebally names that ever baseballed.

He was the Grant Hill of baseball.

He was so damn good. Was legit on Trout track. (not being hyperbolic, go check)
