If only there was an OF who could help hedge against this.

I'll give that our OF could be good this year, but it could be so so so bad too.

I have a pretty significant shoulder impingement and that's how I throw. Basically the nerves running through the rotator cup get squeezed and strung like a guitar string, sending shooting pain down to my fingers every time I try to fully extend and air out a throw.

Oh, and I can't swing a bat worth crap either.

Luke Gregerson said his shoulder is feeling better, and he hopes to be ready for Opening Day.

It had sounded like Gregerson was a long shot for April and that the Cardinals weren't really counting on him after a 2018 in which he dealt with myriad injuries. He'll compete for a setup role if healthy.
