If he is still putting up similar numbers in 2024, then that might be his ceiling. But, he's only 23.
I think his ceiling might be a poor man's Carlos Beltran. His floor might be Jon Jay.

A lot of players don't even make it to the majors by 23, let alone be in their 2nd year (2020 was on 35 games for him).
What I think:
I think he'll be a consistent 3 win player and have a couple of great seasons where he may be an all-star level player. I don't think he'll be a consistent 20+ hr guy which I initially thought he'd be, but if he can be a guy who gives us a wRC+ of 120 and play good CF, that's extremely valuable.
My concerns:
He doesn't hit the ball hard. At all. He's actually at the bottom 20 of the league in hard hit rate last I checked. That has to change.
