I think it is pretty simple. If they can’t go 10-9 or better against these teams, do we really want to see them in the playoffs anyway?

But the post implied there was nothing to cheer for....not that the results were bad.ThatGuy wrote:Because they went 12-15 in September and missed the postseason by 2.5 games because of their poor play?dmarx114 wrote:Why wasn't it fun last year?

Nats are lining Strasburg, Corbin, and Scherzer up against us.
Then we go to Wrigley for 4.
Flaherty only scheduled to pitch in 1 of these 7 games.

If the Brewers lose every single game for the rest of the season they theoretically could be 74-86. That would be a lot of fun.CT Defector wrote:You transposed a couple of numbers, Brewers are 74-68.

If the Cards won every game they’d get to 100 wins. Let’s do this.JoeMcKim wrote:If the Brewers lose every single game for the rest of the season they theoretically could be 74-86. That would be a lot of fun.CT Defector wrote:You transposed a couple of numbers, Brewers are 74-68.

Also, you have to figure the Nats will be throwing all of these guys in the wild card game. Lets win the division.dmarx114 wrote:Nats are lining Strasburg, Corbin, and Scherzer up against us.
