I have to get up too early tomorrow. Give us a comeback for me to read about in the morning Cards.

The Cardinals are so inept and boring I DVR the games and just fast forward until they score a run.

Basically, I turn them on to see, yup, they’re still horrendous at the plate, and turn it off.

COVID is going to be worse for baseball than any of the other sports. I got used to not watching every night and with the front office deciding being boring is good enough, I’m just not that interested anymore.

How did the front office decide that boring is good enough?

Cubs have had the game’s last 10 base runners.

Carlson....I know a lot of fans are high on him, but good lord....I'm not impressed with his plate presence. He's a youngster with a lot to learn and I know his best days are ahead of him, but I guess I bought in and expected too much too soon when I heard he was called up.

Well this isn't what I wanted to wake up to; but it is what I expected. Need to have a good Double Header today.

Our Covid lay-off was long enough for me to
Mostly forget that we’re not a very good team.

You should really carry around a flag that states "resident front office defender." That's my experience at least.

They decided boring was good enough when they put out a lineup full of flawed players and easy to see regression candidates. I'll never switch teams because I don't have the ability to do so, but I will admit when a team I root for bores the every loving bleep out of me and deal with it accordingly.

Others are free to disagree.
