Cardinals Legend Bob Gibson passes away

When I was a kid, Dad would come home from work and say, 'Gibson's pitching, let's go!'

Dollar bleacher seats, kids who were carried in for free, my sisters running to get bleacher dollar tickets while Dad parked.

Mom got the night off and we were home by bedtime.

It would have been pretty sweet to see Gibby live and in person. Before my time unfortunately.
