You hear so much about how painful pancreatic cancer can be for those that are suffering from it; and Gibby fought it for over a year. I hope he's found peace. He was a titan.

No slight to Brock, but it’s always seemed to me, having grown up a Cards fan after their careers, that Gibson and Musial are the twin Mt. Rushmore of Cards history. Indomitable giants of the game.
