Surprised Whitley and Thomas didn’t make it.

If Nogowski had any ability to being competent in the Outfield he could've made the team. But if we're a month into the season and Carp still isn't hitting then a move will need to be made.

I'd argue for Rondon over Carp, if it made any difference. But as it is, he'll be one of the most expensive bench bats in the NL. I almost wish we could fastforward to June; when the club will be looking long and hard at cutting him. This will be an incredibly ugly backdoor into retirement for one of the best batting eyes this millennium..

If Thomas can't make the team with Bader out, then what's that tell you about Thomas?

Both him and Dean are in "just a dude" territory. Mo failed to get good players in the OF to replace or even come close to the talented ones who've left in the past few years.

This is why I am never impressed when he lands Goldschmidt or Arenado or Ozuna during weird baseball markets. Arizona and Colorado being epic stupid shouldn't make Mo look good.

They probably think Dean is a better power bat option off the bench; would be my guess. They are both pretty meh.
