Hmm almost like letting a bunch of talented players like Wong, Ozuna, Pham, Arozarena, and (even Fowler when compared to what out there) go was a bad decision.

Roster full of AAA guys. That’s not even an exaggeration.
.

None of those guys pitch.
All Justin Williams fault that we gave up 27 runs this series.
Nope, just Mo’s.

GABP and Coors results in April dont mean much to me. But plate discipline is an indicator of things.
I think you might have missed the point of my post.

If you want to say Williams may never be good enough, I won’t disagree.

But the “roster full of AAA guys” comment just isn’t true.

I will chalk it up to a frustrated GDT comment.
10 for sure could be in AAA. And an argument for 12.

Runs on the board in April at GABP or Coors one way or another doesn’t matter. Plate discipline being bad doesn’t matter the park.

And yes a lot of holes in the pitching but over 162 I have more faith in the process there. These hitters suck.

Wow....I had a commitment to meet with my mother & sister for an Easter meal, so I had to leave after the 3rd inning, when Cmart was looking so good. So disappointed to see these results when I arrived back home.

Tough losses happen every April. Doesn't have to define a season.

It sucks and we looked like butt and now we’re gonna have to throw the two starters that shouldn’t even be in the rotation. There’s also 159 games left.

Does this include Tyler ONeill? I know he's not in the AAA of your heart.

I'd be cool giving Carlson all summer to play, and matching up one OF spot with our collection of misfit toys. But if a chance comes along at the deadline or whenever, having one solid veteran OF'er who could swing would be nice.

Hell, sign Puig tomorrow.

I agree with Shildt on a lot. AW was really unlucky. And Martinez could have easily pitched 7 innings of 1 run ball. But sometimes balls take bad hops and fly outs turn into homers.

Yeah AW got the weak contact he wanted during that 6-spot but at least 4 ground ball hits were exactly in the wrong places.
