It would be enjoyable as a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals for Tyler O'Neill to hit one out onto Waveland with the bases loaded.

Or even, two of those in the same inning.Donnie Ebert wrote: ↑June 12 21, 2:04 pmIt would be enjoyable as a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals for Tyler O'Neill to hit one out onto Waveland with the bases loaded.

Marp being in the lineup just makes me feel an L before the game even begins.

The fact that we hit like ass against Hendricks is what makes me feel like an L is coming. But I'm trying to be hopelessly optimistic

The Chicago Cubs are 22-10 at home this season and are heavy favorites to beat the St. Louis Cardinals who are 16-16 on the road this season. The Cubs have a better than 60% chance of winning based on 10,000 game simulations generated one play at a time by the AccuScore Simulation Supercomputer. Cubs\' starter Kyle Hendricks is forecasted to have a better game than Cardinals\' starter John Gant. Kyle Hendricks has a 41% chance of having a Quality Start (QS) while John Gant has a 23% chance of a QS. If Kyle Hendricks has a quality start the Cubs has a 77% chance of winning. His simulated strikeout to walk ratio is 5.4 and he has a 49% chance of having a 5 to 1 K/BB ratio. When he has a 5/1 ratio the Cubs win 71%. In John Gant quality starts the Cardinals win 52%. He has a 9% chance of having a 5 to 1 K/BB ratio and if he does his team wins 52% of simulations. In simulations we tracked the batter for each team that was most productive based his average hits, walks and RBI per simulation. The most productive batter for the Chicago Cubs is Kris Bryant who averaged 2.88 hits+walks+RBI. He has a 51% chance of having a big game with 3+ Hits, Walks, RBI and if he has a big game the Cubs have a 76% chance of winning. The most productive batter for the St. Louis Cardinals is Nolan Arenado who averaged 2.3 hits+walks+RBI. He has a 38% chance of having a big game with 3+ Hits, Walks, RBI and if he has a big game the Cardinals have a 46% chance of winning.
