Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports that Chris Sale has tested positive for COVID-19.

The Red Sox' coronavirus outbreak continues to worsen. Sale had been slated to start on Sunday against the White Sox, but obviously that won't happen now. Because he tested positive, he must stay on the COVID-19 IL for a minimum of 10 days. Obviously, it's a massive blow as the Red Sox play for a Wild Card spot.

In a couple weeks, all players and staff will have natural immunity anyway. Shouldn’t be an issue after that.
This US Govt doesn't believe in natural immunity, or the fact that anyone who has antibodies is better off than those who got the jabs; As little as 6x, as much as 16x. Why would Corporate MLB take a different stance than the knife that butters their bread?

Let's revisit this quote if there's a lockout in the offseason.
