This is like the 100th Missourian I've seen this week who thinks the patient shouldn't have the right to choose Plan B.
Ba dum tiss.
That Mo quote is pretty turdy. I don't like how he uses the media to stroke his own ego while throwing subordinates (what I imagine he calls them) under the bus to the media.
Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol said Sunday that Harrison Bader (heel) will seek a second opinion this week on his right heel.
Bader experienced a setback and was pulled off a minor league rehab assignment over the weekend after experiencing renewed pain in his right heel on Saturday at Triple-A Memphis. The speedy outfielder has been sidelined since late June due to plantar fasciitis in his right heel. There is no timetable for his return at the moment.
Bader's replacement is probably someone we haven't heard of yet and is three or four years down the road.
Who is ever themselves again after plantar fasciitis? Off the top of my head Jedd Gyorko, Mike Moustakas, Longoria as soon as he was a Giant, JBJ, Pujols...
I can't see them extending him beyond 2024. Feel like the replacement is sooner than that.
