Voit likely staying.

I knew he was making their roster (I’m a huge Missouri State fan and follow their players, while also knowing several players off his teams).
I meant they’d call on a trade price for Voit.

I wouldn't expect the Phils to make any significant adds. They're already pretty well loaded. If they need something at the deadline they will make a move.

Voit just opted out of his deal.

I knew what you meant, I meant that the Brewers need him.phins wrote: ↑March 24 23, 9:55 pmI knew he was making their roster (I’m a huge Missouri State fan and follow their players, while also knowing several players off his teams).

Now it’s official.
Phillies got Darick Hall for now. Surely he could replicate some of Voit's production. The Schwindel/Meneses style journeyman teams plug in at 1B for 1.8 WAR.

Darick Hall is another former Valley player. Saw him live. He's a freaking massive human. The bat speed and power he created was audibly different than others on the field. Comes from a powerhouse of a hitting development program as well.Big Amoco Sign wrote: ↑March 27 23, 10:04 amI knew what you meant, I meant that the Brewers need him.phins wrote: ↑March 24 23, 9:55 pmI knew he was making their roster (I’m a huge Missouri State fan and follow their players, while also knowing several players off his teams).

Has a lot of swing and miss, but when he makes contact, there aren't many who hit it harder.

Apparently Bryce Harper is going to try to learn 1B to try to get back sooner.

Hiura and Yellich were going to be foundations of a solid team. Bummer.
