Aledmys Diaz was on the 2022 world series Astros. 3-peat complete.

We didn't trade him but Ozuna was on the '21 Braves. Joe Kelly on the '20 Dodgers. Matt Adams on the '19 Nationals. Joe Kelly again on the '18 Red Sox.

It's basically impossible to win the world series without a former Cardinal on the roster.

I think this is for winning the World Series in the year that we traded them (mid-season, even).

I didn't realize the stat was so well defined.

I actually just started going down a rabbit hole in my brain thinking about the different former Cardinals that went on to win World Series.

Adolis Garcia was on that 23 team too.
