Pay off the current dome.

Build a world class convention center downtown.

Set aside funds for BIPOC-owned businesses downtown to support said convention center.

Fund airport improvements to the point it can be re-established as a hub.

Any excess returned to taxpayers.

$0 for anything still supporting the NFL.
You...make a great point.

Zero.

Half would pay the lawyers, the other half would be spent will be spent trying to bring back a league which clearly didn’t give a [expletive] about StL or its fans.

Would be happier trying to get NBA at this point. Football is dying. (I can't prove this... but I think it will eventually. CTEs are real and the sport is violent and kids aren't playing it at the rate they used to).

St. Louis is a 3 sport market. Easily. Criminal that there's only two sports there.

They'd probably find a way to pay the $64 million dollars Roger Goodel makes a year from this drawer as well. Good god. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/324 ... -two-years

He's made in the last two years a sixth of the financial responsibility the NFL's horrific negligence wrt concussions equals.

So the Rams signed Odell. I know he isn’t as good as he used to be, but it’s absolutely amazing they started trying the second they left St. Louis.
