no, no he's not...not even close

he had a great year because of who he was playing with (who's now gone)

that said, I would take him in a heartbeat, but not if it takes someone like kyrou

NHL isn't like MLB due to the salary cap

Yes he is.

And it would take Kyrou at a minimum.

Lol, well there’s no point in responding further if you make a completely dumb statement that MT is one of the top 5 players in the NHL, then double down on it…he’s not even in the conversation.

Hey! You two settle down. You're both wrong. He's a stud but he's not a top 5 player, AND it won't take Kyrou since the Flames have virtually no leverage.

Flames fans better prepare to be whelmed with the return. It'll be Bolduc + spare parts/decent picks if they're lucky.
