Izzy was just on 101.1 saying this would be a perfect team for Matheny to get his feet wet with.

Something tells me that Bill DeWitt and John Mozeliak aren't keeping random former players completely apprised of both their contract offer to Albert and their managerial priorities, so let's not put too much stock into anything Jason Isringhausen or Giant Cup McGee have to say.
