Vanilla Ice Cream served with Vanilla Wafers and a Vanilla Coke. This dessert does not go with the Shannon Diner very well.

Actually, I've heard that their menu will be very close to something like this. They're apparently trying to make it very upscale (I know, I know... it's in Westport)
