The Roger McDowell Hot Foot.
This is not actually a dish, but a prank to order for a friend. The waiter sets his feet on fire then spits on him from behind the mariachi band playing near your table.

The "Lima-Time"
Once one of the most popular dishes, the Lima-Time has slowly faded from the menu after a woman contracted genital herpes from it a few years ago.

You try to order it, but the waiter just keeps on talking and talking and talking about something HE ordered when he was a customer in a restaurant once!
that could be the "Joe Morgan" too..
The Joe Morgan is when the waiter refuses to take your order because you never got paid to work in a restaurant!

The Junior Spivey:
After taking your order, the waiter walks out to the parking lot and drives off. You're brought the Aaron Miles Pancake shortstack even though you never wanted it.
The LaRussa:
After eating most of your dinner, your plate is taken away and you are brought 6 different deserts, one bite at a time, with a 20 minute wait between each.
The Grudzy:
Whatever you ate last time and wanted to eat again is no longer available.
The Renteria:
You ask the waiter for "the regular", but you're told that your meal would rather not be eaten by you anymore, even though you've always paid a lot for it and sent your compliments to the chef.
The Eckstein:
A tough, tiny steak that everyone recommends instead of larger, better steaks.

The Bo Hart--
A nice, juicy tenderloin steak that tastes so good that it seems too good to be true.
When you're finished with it, it leaves a horrible aftertaste in your mouth that just won't go away.

Happy hour idea:
Dennis Boyd night where an "Oil Can" of Foster's is half price.
