What do I do?

Step brothers have FFL and I'm joining this year for first time ever to play FF. What should my draft strategy be? Is there a good source that breaks down the players fantasywise, etc?

I have no idea how this draft or league works. Look for 1st from the Bottom to fold after Week 1.
